Bheem and Jarasandh were so equally matched in strength that they fought for nearly fourteen days without rest. When Jarasandh finally showed signs of exhaustion, Krishna prompted Bheem to make an end of him. After Jarasandh had been destroyed, Jarasandh’s son was crowned King of Magadh.
